Some Like it Hot!

 
We love to hear the wonderful things our customers do with our dip mixes!  A few weeks ago, two young ladies came back to purchase more Buffalo Blue dip mix and shared with us that they love it hot.  Here's Temple's recipe:

VARIATION #1

INGREDIENTS:
Buffalo Blue Dip Mix
1 1/2 C sour cream
1/2 C mayonnaise
12.5 oz can chicken, drained
handful of cheese (whatever you like)

DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix dip as directed on package.
2. Put in a small crock pot with a 12.5 oz can of chicken, drained.
3. Top with a handful of cheese.
4. Let melt together, stir, and serve right from the pot.

Here's a second variation I made using cream cheese:

VARIATION #2

INGREDIENTS:
Buffalo Blue Dip Mix
8 oz brick of cream cheese
2-3 chicken breasts, shredded OR 12.5 oz can chicken, drained
1 C shredded sharp cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS:
1. Place all ingredients in a small crock pot sprinkling dip mix on top.
2. Allow to melt together on low heat, stirring to combine.
3. Serve from the pot with tortilla chips.
