Aloha Grilled Pineapple Steaks

About the Recipe

Fresh and tasty! The perfect addition to your next barbeque!

Ingredients

  • Sarah Beth's Aloha Rub: A Little Sweet, A Little Heat

  • fresh pineapple

Preparation

  1. Cut off top and bottom of pineapple, and use a sharp knife to remove the shell. If you aren't sure how to do this, just search How to Cut a Pineapple on YouTube.

  2. Cut into one inch slices/steaks. Lay each slice flat and core with a paring knife.

  3. Sprinkle both sides of slices with Sarah Beth's Aloha Rub.

  4. Grill slowly until cooked through and nicely seared on both sides. I used a cast iron griddle on a gas grill.
