Easy Taco Dip

About the Recipe

This easy layered taco dip is sure to be a crowd pleaser!

Ingredients

  • Sarah Beth's Homemade Dips Mexican Party Dip Mix

  • 8 oz. cream cheese

  • 1 C mayonnaise

  • 16 oz. can Taco Bell Original Refried Beans

  • 16 oz. jar Pace Chunky Salsa - Medium

  • 8 oz. bag shredded taco cheese

  • sliced black olives

  • chopped green onion

Preparation

  1. Soften cream cheese and stir with rubber spatula to remove lumps.  

  2. Combine cream cheese, mayo, and dip mix.  Mix well.

  3. Spread refried beans in an even layer at the bottom of a round or square baking dish.

  4. Spread cream cheese mixture on top of refried beans.

  5. Top with an even layer of salsa.

  6. Sprinkle with taco cheese, and top with black olives and green onions.

  7. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
