Ingredients
Sarah Beth's Homemade Dips Loaded Baked Potato Dip Mix
zucchini
2 C sour cream
1 C shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Preparation
Cut zucchini into sixths. Hollow out just a little of the center section.
Prepare Loaded Baked Potato Dip Mix according to package directions.
Spoon dip onto each zucchini boat.
Grill on foil for about 15 minutes. Enjoy!
