Cheesy Bacon Ranch Cheeseball

 


INGREDIENTS:

1 package Sarah Beth's Homemade Dips Classic Ranch Dip Mix

2, 8 oz blocks cream cheese (softened)

2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)

10-12 slices crumbled bacon

1/3 C milk


DIRECTIONS:
  1. Soften 2, 8 oz bricks of cream cheese and stir until smooth.
  2. Add milk and stir until smooth.
  3. Mix in one package of Classic Ranch Dip Mix until well blended.  
  4. Add bacon crumbles and mix well.
  5. Add 1 cup shredded cheddar and mix well.
  6. Chill mixture just long enough to easily form into a ball.  
  7. Roll ball in remaining cheese until coated.
  8. Chill as directed on dip mix package.  
  9. Let set out at room temperature to soften somewhat before serving, if desired. Serve with crackers of choice.
