INGREDIENTS:
1 package Sarah Beth's Homemade Dips Classic Ranch Dip Mix
2, 8 oz blocks cream cheese (softened)
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
10-12 slices crumbled bacon
1/3 C milk
- Soften 2, 8 oz bricks of cream cheese and stir until smooth.
- Add milk and stir until smooth.
- Mix in one package of Classic Ranch Dip Mix until well blended.
- Add bacon crumbles and mix well.
- Add 1 cup shredded cheddar and mix well.
- Chill mixture just long enough to easily form into a ball.
- Roll ball in remaining cheese until coated.
- Chill as directed on dip mix package.
- Let set out at room temperature to soften somewhat before serving, if desired. Serve with crackers of choice.
