Crispy Italian Parmesan Taters

INGREDIENTS:

4 tsp Sarah Beth's Homemade Dips Italian Bread Dipping Seasoning

12-15 petite yellow potatoes

1/2 cup butter, melted

1/3 cup Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Wash potatoes, pat dry, and cut in half, and score slightly as shown.
  3. Poor melted butter in the middle of a cookie sheet with sides, reserving a bit to brush on top of potatoes. Allow to spread out.
  4. Evenly sprinkle Parmesan cheese onto the butter, making sure to reserve a couple tablespoons to sprinkle on top of the potatoes.
  5. Then sprinkle 3 tsp of seasoning on top of the Parmesan cheese.
  6. Place potatoes flat side down on top of the butter mixture, starting in the middle of the cookie sheet. Don't worry if not all of the butter mixture is covered. Simply use a basting brush to brush the excess onto the top of the potatoes.
  7. Brush reserved butter on top of the potatoes, sprinkle with remaining Parmesan, and dust with a teaspoon of seasoning.
  8. Bake for 35 minutes, or until flat sides of taters are browned and crispy.
  9. Enjoy!
