BAILEY'S JACK SKELLINGTON CHEESEBALL

INGREDIENTS:

1 package Sarah Beth's Homemade Dips Garlic Herb Cheese Spread Mix

1 to 1 1/2, 8 oz blocks cream cheese (softened)

1 or 2 packages Buddig Beef (1 package for rolling ball in chopped beef, if desired)

3 T real butter (melted)


DIRECTIONS:
  1. Soften cream cheese and stir until smooth.
  2. Add melted butter and stir until smooth. 
  3. Mix in one package of Garlic Herb Cheese Spread Mix until well blended.  
  4. Chop Buddig Beef. Use 2 packages if rolling finished ball in chopped beef (set half aside).
  5. Stir chopped beef into cream cheese mixture. 
  6. Chill mixture just long enough to easily form into a ball.  
  7. If using two packages of beef, roll ball in the remaining chopped beef.
  8. Chill as directed on mix package.  
  9. Let set out at room temperature to soften somewhat before serving. Serve with crackers of choice.
