INGREDIENTS:
Sarah Beth's Homemade Dips Garlic Herb Cheese Spread Mix
1 package Pillsbury pizza crust
1/2 C butter, melted
3 T Parmesan cheese
2 T olive oil
greased, round baking dish
DIRECTIONS:
- Whisk together olive oil, melted butter, Parmesan cheese, and garlic herb mix until well blended.
- Roll out pizza crust, stretching slightly into a large rectangle. Cut into 14 strips.
- Knot strips and place into a greased, round baking dish. Leave a little space between each, as they will expand when baking.
- Spoon garlic mixture generously over each knot. Make sure to reserve some for brushing on knots after baking.
- Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Baking time will vary depending on baking dish (stoneware or metal).
- Remove from oven. Reheat garlic mixture (if needed) and brush on each knot.
- Serve with marinara or pizza sauce.
