GARLIC HERB KNOTS

INGREDIENTS:

Sarah Beth's Homemade Dips Garlic Herb Cheese Spread Mix

1 package Pillsbury pizza crust

1/2 C butter, melted

3 T Parmesan cheese

2 T olive oil

greased, round baking dish




DIRECTIONS:

  1. Whisk together olive oil, melted butter, Parmesan cheese, and garlic herb mix until well blended.
  2. Roll out pizza crust, stretching slightly into a large rectangle. Cut into 14 strips.
  3. Knot strips and place into a greased, round baking dish. Leave a little space between each, as they will expand when baking.
  4. Spoon garlic mixture generously over each knot.  Make sure to reserve some for brushing on knots after baking. 
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Baking time will vary depending on baking dish (stoneware or metal).
  6. Remove from oven. Reheat garlic mixture (if needed) and brush on each knot.
  7. Serve with marinara or pizza sauce. 
  8. Enjoy!
