So easy and delicious!
INGREDIENTS:
Sarah Beth's Homemade Dips Garlic Herb Cheese Spread Mix
1/2 to 1 full box spaghetti rigati (I used Barilla brand.) Less pasta = Creamier
8 oz. brick of cream cheese
grape tomatoes
1 T crushed red pepper flakes
coarse ground salt (I used Kosher.)
olive oil
minced garlic (if desired)
fresh, grated Parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Prepare SBHD Garlic Herb Cheese Spread according to package directions.
- Coat baking dish with a thin coating of olive oil.
- Place prepared cheese spread in center of baking dish.
- Surround cheese spread with grape tomatoes.
- Sprinkle grape tomatoes with coarse ground salt and minced garlic (if desired).
- Sprinkle cheese spread with 1 T crushed red pepper flakes. Drizzle olive over entire dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until tomatoes have shriveled/popped.
- Prepare pasta according to package directions. DO NOT DRAIN.
- Using tongs, transfer pasta to a large bowl. Allow pasta to drip a bit before transferring. The pasta water will make for even more deliciousness.
- Pour baked mixture on top of pasta and use tongs to mix thoroughly.
- Place on plates to serve. Top with fresh grated Parmesan cheese. Enjoy
