Ingredients:
Sarah Beth's Aloha Rub: A Little Sweet, A Little Heat
fresh pineapple
Directions:
- Cut off top and bottom of pineapple, and use a sharp knife to remove the shell. If you aren't sure how to do this, just search How to Cut a Pineapple on YouTube.
- Cut into one inch slices/steaks. Lay each slice flat and core with a paring knife.
- Sprinkle both sides of slices with Sarah Beth's Aloha Rub.
- Grill slowly until cooked through and nicely seared on both sides. I used a cast iron griddle on a gas grill.
