INGREDIENTS:
Loaded Baked Potato Dip Mix
2 C sour cream
1 C shredded sharp cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS:
- Cut zucchini into sixths. Hollow out just a little of the center section.
- Make Loaded Baked Potato Dip Mix according to package directions.
- Spoon some onto each zucchini boat.
- Grill on foil for about 15 minutes.
- Enjoy!
