Kelli's Loaded Zucchini Boats

INGREDIENTS:

zucchini
Loaded Baked Potato Dip Mix
2 C sour cream
1 C shredded sharp cheddar cheese
 
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Cut zucchini into sixths. Hollow out just a little of the center section.
  2. Make Loaded Baked Potato Dip Mix according to package directions.
  3. Spoon some onto each zucchini boat.
  4. Grill on foil for about 15 minutes.
  5. Enjoy!
