SAUTEED ROBUST ITALIAN PARMESAN GREEN BEANS

Snag some farm-fresh green beans and whip up this delicious recipe!

INGREDIENTS:

2-3 tsp Sarah Beth's Homemade Dips Robust Italian Dressing & Marinade Mix

1 pound of fresh green beans

grated fresh Parmesan (Vegan? Just leave it out--they're equally delicious without!)

1-2 T olive oil

1 tsp salt (for blanching beans)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Heat large pan of water and 1 tsp of water to boiling.
  2. Place beans in pot and boil for 4-5 minutes. Beans should be tender but still have a snap. Remove and drain.
  3. Heat olive oil in large frying pan on medium heat.  Add beans and toss in oil.
  4. Open SBHD Robust Italian Dressing & Marinate mix so it can be resealed.  Place mix in a small bowl and stir until well mixed.
  5. Sprinkle beans with 2-3 tsp of mix and return remaining mix to bag for later use.
  6. Toss well. Sauté over medium heat for approximately 5-7 minutes, until desired tenderness.
  7. Just before serving, sprinkle with fresh grated Parmesan cheese (desired amount) and heat until slightly melted. (Vegan? Just leave it out--they're equally delicious without!)
  8. Enjoy!
