A LITTLE PAT OF BUTTER

 


Whip up a super-easy compound butter using Sarah Beth's Garlic Herb Cheese Spread Mix.  Then place a little pat of butter here and there!  


GARLIC HERB COMPOUND BUTTER RECIPE



Ingredients:

Sarah Beth's Homemade Dips Garlic Herb Cheese Spread Mix

2 sticks of real butter (salted or unsalted--whatever is preferred)


Directions: 

  1. Bring butter to room temperature. Mix entire Garlic Herb packet with butter, using a hand or stand mixer, until well blended.
  2. Form into a log on wax paper, wrap, twist ends, and refrigerate.
  3. Cut off slices as needed.
  4. Enjoy atop steak or vegetables. For a delicious garlic bread, spread softened butter on bread of choice, and bake at 425 degrees until edges are golden.  



Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.  Slice and freeze in an airtight container for up to six months.
